There are two distinct types of visitors that use MyAutoLog.com, members and non-members. Non-members become members by logging in or creating an account. The terms of use for both are outlined below.

MyAutoLog.com makes no guarantees for the data displayed or the calculations based off of them. We are also not responsible for any damages that may occur with the use of logs created on this website. We recommend you use data from MyAutoLog.com for recreational purposes only.

Members

When non-members create their member accounts, they must agree to the terms of use that apply to them. First, any vehicle data you submit to MyAutoLog.com is now owned by MyAutoLog.com and there is a reason for it. If a member decides they no longer want to be a member and demands their data back, we may be able to provide them with an export but we can not delete their data from the website. Nightly calculations are done with all the member data so if any data is deleted, it could negatively skew the calculations. Also, the cost of membership is sharing your vehicle data with other members and this is why we own whatever vehicle data members store on MyAutoLog.com.
